Within the US:
Orders up to $5.00 will be shipped at no charge
Orders from $5.01 to $12.45 will be charged $3.50.
Orders from $12.46 to $22.50 will be charged $4.00.
Orders from $22.51 to $69.40 will be charged $4.50.
Orders $69.41 and up will be charged $5.00
A $5 surcharge will be added to the above on all orders to be shipped outside the US.
